相关出口企业应注意与埃及本地进口商和货运公司协调，务必于货物发运前，在NAFEZA平台完成注册，提交相关资料并取得ACID号码，ACID号码将应用于所有货运单据。

如果无法提供ACID号码，货物将会被强制退回装港及处以罚款。

根据2020年11月生效的埃及海关207/2020法案，针对所有进口到埃及的货物，Advance Cargo Information (ACI)将于2021年7月1日起正式生效。进口商须在货物装运前申报并获得海关批准，同时提供ACID相关信息给出口方。

因此，以下三个信息必须在起运港靠港前48小时通过装船指示（Shipping Instruction）提供：

1) Shipper Identification Number (3 segments with unique format, example US-02-1208614364)

Tips: the value should include country code as well as identification type and number as follow – Two letter code (ISO-3166-1) representing the country where the exporter (shipper) is registered;

Two digits identifying the type of identification number (01-Company Registry; 02-VAT);

The exporter identification number issued by the relevant authority.

2) Importer Tax Registration Number (9 digits)

3) Unique ACID Number (19 digits)
